This policy applies to the information that Monroy & Associates collects as a training center, including the information collected on our website (www.mya.com.sv) or through other official channels.

Monroy & Associates undertakes to protect and respect the privacy of users or participant, not sharing this information with third parties and only personal information will be used to provide information on training.They can also be used to inform about the services of Monroy & Associates, as well as other content that may be of interest.

The user or participant has the right to cancel these communications at any time.To unsubscribe, you can go to the end of each informative email that we send and click on "unsubscribe" or you can also notify us by email info@mya.com.sv describing your intentions to unsubscribe

The participants

Every person who shows interest in any of the training offers of the Training Center is understood as "participant".

If the participant obtains support with INSAFORP to attend training, accepts the commitment to attend and comply with the total training hours described in the training form. monroy & associates reserves the rightof admission of participants in all their training.

The participants who obtain the support from INSAFORP and cannot attend, the company may request a "change of participant" with a person who is in the same ISSS form, up to 2 business days prior to thetraining date;as long as the INSAFORP system accepts the "participant change" record.

Participants who obtain the support from INSAFORP and cannot attend the training but do not request the "change of participant" , a sanction will be applied due to absence as the case may be.

Absences

The following table shows the level of the incidence and amount of the sanction in USD.

Soft $25.00
Moderate $40.00
Severe $80.00

Soft incidents: are the incidents that are outside the participant's control and that if I notify the email training coordinator (capacitaciones@mya.com.sv). These incidents can be:

  • By illness and put the other participants at risk
  • Sudden injuries that make their assistance make impossible
  • Automobile accident on the training day
  • Road obstacles on training day

Moderate incidents: are the incidents that are in control of the participant and that if I notify the training coordinator by email.These incidents can be:

  • Family activities
  • Activities that coincide with the same training date (visits with doctor, etc.)
  • Labor activities (meetings, calls or technical visits, etc)

Severe incidents: Incidents are considered to record all those situations that make the participant make to attend training and not notify the training coordinator.

It will also be considered as an incidence, if the participant does not comply with all hours or withdraw during the execution of the training to which it is recorded, and the supporting one presented by the participant will not be considered

Collection management by sanction of absence;The participant will previously be notified of the reasons according to their level of incidence.Once the payment of said sanction has been received and confirmed, the didactic material will be shared in digital format.
